Effective Date: August 3, 2026  ·  Last Updated: August 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mizu Solutions LLC, doing business as Agency True North (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://h2watershare.agencytruenorth.com/home, create an account, subscribe to a plan, or schedule and collect at our designated location (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and billing/postal address
  • Account login credentials
  • Subscription plan selection (One Share, Two Shares, or Three Shares)
  • Pickup appointments you schedule through our calendar
  • Messages you send us (support requests, cancellation requests, feedback)

Payment information:

Your card and payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems. We receive limited billing confirmation data (such as the last four digits, card type, and whether a charge succeeded).

Information we collect automatically:

  • Device and browser type, IP address, and general location
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and dates/times of access
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and subscription
  • Process payments and send billing receipts and renewal notices
  • Manage your pickup calendar, confirm appointments, and send reminders
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • Send service-related messages (changes to pickup hours, location, or these policies)
  • Send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can opt out anytime)
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who work on our behalf — payment processing, scheduling/calendar software, email delivery, hosting, and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of your information.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or us.
  • In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose we disclose to you.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described in Section 7.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Access and update: You can review and update your account information by logging in or contacting us.

Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. We may still send you service-related messages.

Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, to know what we collect or to request deletion). To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices.

10. Changes to This Policy
